Curcuma, also known as turmeric, is a plant origina- ting mainly from India. The most important component of curcuma is curcumin. 

In CurcuMit®, the curcumin molecules are enclosed with a natural starch layer. And are protected during their transport to the small intestine, where they will be released, absorbed and better distributed.
